Every listing gets a score out of 100. It is recalculated whenever reviews, profile details or activity change. Nothing about the formula is hidden, and no part of it can be purchased.
Your average star rating scaled to 45 points, then damped by review volume so a single five-star review cannot outrank a long, strong record. A listing with 10 or more reviews gets the full weight; below that the rating counts proportionally (starting at 40%). Zero reviews scores zero here.
The share of reviews where the business used its right of reply. Answering criticism openly is rewarded; ignoring reviews is not.
Five points each for a written bio, a headline, a photo, and indicative pricing. This is purely about giving people the information they need to choose.
Points decay gradually from the last time the listing was updated, so dormant profiles drift down and active businesses stay visible. It takes about six months of inactivity to lose the full 15.
Paid modules change how a listing looks and what tools the owner has (a mini website, a trainer roster, a gallery). They never change where it sits in results.
Search results default to rank order within your chosen location and filters. You can always re-sort by rating or price, and every listing shows its rating count so you can judge for yourself.
